Good Friday!
Today has been a day of reflection. I have been thinking on how blessed I am to have Jesus in my heart. He has saved me over and over again. He gave His life so that I may have life and have it more abundantly. He was brutally wounded for my transgressions, He was bruised for my iniquities: the chastisement of my peace was upon Him; and with His stripes and I am healed.
I'm so glad that He lives! Without Him I would be like a ship without a sail. Lost, being tossed here, there, and everywhere...with no direction or correction.
He died for me and I owe Him my whole life. Outside of Him there is no life. He declared in scripture,
"I am the way, the truth, and the life."
